I have a Crown Graphic with a 2 1/4 x 3 1/4" roll film
(know type) back that has a nasty and persistent light
leak. The leak is definitely between the back and the
body. The bellows and everything else check out OK.
I have replaced the light seals myself twice, and had
a camera shop do it as well. Each time the leak is
worse. I put a light inside the bellows, and the only
leak is around the edges of the back. I have tried
thick and thin light seals. The roll film back seems
straight and flat. I'd throw it in the trash, but I
love what the camera did before the leaks. Any one
have any ideas? Is there a specialty repairman that
can help? Any one else have light leak problems?
