I have modified a Graflite #2773 as shown in the link at the bottom. It preserves the look of the flash gun, but it is now a Norman 200 strobe. It gives me a guide number of 68 for ASA 100, and
140 for ASA 400.

You picture link didnt work. Kodak supermatic
shutters have those words on the trim plate on
the front. Flash Supermatics also have a screw
head in a long circular slot. Moving it to one
end is zero delay or X sync, moving it the other
way adds more and more delay for bulbs. I havent
used one for a while so I cant remember which way
is which. I believe it is marked.

Paramount Sync Cords in New York can make a cord
to fit your shutter. They have Graflex bi-pin
cords in stock. Some of the Supermatics had a
bayonet type flash socket. You will have to ask
them.
