I've use my Metz 60 Ct1. For interiors I've used it with open flash
(open lens on bulb, flash, close) or up to 1/250 with an X sync'd
shutter. Some of the Kodak supermatics had a shutter timer, if you
didn't advance the timer, it was
x sync. This was on my 80 WF ektar
