Matt--Very old, could mean 30 to 100 years???
The "Chart" is the shutter speeds for the rear
shutter curtain!!!! I have a tripod mount screw, but we must
determine,at least what model your camera is--age is quite a diff
matter on these old cameras. Describe your camera's
appearance
