I don't recall now. Have you looked through the rest of the site?
What we used to do in the Navy is load some holders with Azo paper or slow speed enlarging paper, and take a picture of the flash itself. We looked for the one where the image of the bulb was all black. If the sync was late or early you could see only part of the bulb material had fired.
