Bert, Tony, Thanks so much. It was stubborn,
but I finally got it. Thanks for the advice on repairing the bellows also. I hadn't
thought of silicone RTV sealant.
Best Regards,
Ron

I've recently picked up a "post war" Speed
: Graphic 4X5 and in trying to work the shutters
: I'm finding that I can't get the slide switch
: that selects either
: the front lens shutter or rear curtain
: shutter to work. It seems to be stuck on
: the rear curtain position (as that's all that
: works), but yet it is lined up with the front
: position mark. Anyone got any ideas as to
: how to remedy this or maybe I'm doing something
: wrong. Any ideas? Also, are there any known
: home remedies for repairing small pin holes
: in the bellows that anyone may be aware of?
: I've got about three in mine that need this.
: I'm sure I will have to have them replaced.
: Does anyone have any idea how much it would
: cost to have the bellows replaced and who
: could do this for me?
: Sorry for so many questions, but I'm running
: into quite a few problems with this ole mama
: I just bought and I'm anxious to start taking
: pitures with it.
: Thanks to all,
: Ron
