Just bought my first LF camera (Crown Graphic Special). I was told it was the 4 x 5 model, but the exact diemnsions of the ground glass are 4 3/4 x 3 3/4. Am I in trouble??
Thanks,

nope.
or it's not a 3x4 camera and 1/8" on either side of 4x5 isn't that bad. |

What should the exact dimensions of the exposed part of the 4x5 film be on a crown? |

well it's the film holder that restricts the image the most.
Measuring one I have here the
FILM dimentions are 3.920x4.920
Image dimentions are 3.75x4.75 and that's with a dial caliper. |
