|
|
I have an Anniversary Speed Graphic 3.25x4.25 and would like to look into getting a telephoto lens for it. But have no idea where to begin.
I've read some of the archives and at a complete loss of making any sense of what to look for, and if it would work on my camera.
What type of lenses would be compatible with this model?
What do you have to look out for so that the lens is compatible to the camera?
Could you please point me in right direction for my education.
Thanks.. |

Original issue tele lenses for the 3x4 Speed were 8"/5.6 and 10"/5.6 Wollensak, badged Optar and Raptar.
Others that will work include the 270 or so Tele-Xenar, Tele-Arton, and Rotelar.
Mounting it will take some effort but the 12"/4 Taylor Hobson Telephoto will also work. |

Thank you.. they most likely are rarer than hens teeth.. and expensive.. I've checked the usual sources, couldn't find anything.
Any suggestions?
Are there any alternatives?
As taking an existing more available lens and adapting it?
Or am I just dreaming. |
