I just aquired a Folmer and Schwing 3A Graflex SLR and am wondering what methods and materials I can use to keep the shutter curtain for this camera from drying out and clean any dirt and dust from it.

Pledge Natural Beauty (yellow can, not the wipes).
Spray on, let sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour, support curtain and wipe off/rub in. Works on the leather body cover, bellows, and vinyl of newer cameras.
