Hey!
My new mutation is a Speed with rear tilt. Doesn't exist you say? It does now!
I removed the orig bed and made a wooden one and used lid supports for the rear tilt. The tripod mount is in the front of the front bed.
Also, I re-engineered the old front standard so it now has tilt as well.
What's nicest about this setup is that I still have the f/p shutter!
I'm still working on the focus lock, and when I get the cosmetics straight I'll give y'all a look-see.

Interesting...send me some images. I have often thought about adapting an extra track and a longer bellows so I could use longer lenses. One could do this by using a door off a junker and making a coupler. I have also thought of literally sawing the back part off the camera body and then rigging some sort of gimbles or something....of course with all this effort...well..some day.
