Hi there, I've been looking at large format lenses and I did a little reading on different Copal shutters such as 0, 1, and 3, but I've been seeing a lot of "Copal Bulb". is that the same as Copal 0? or is it another type of shutter?
thanks! |

"Bulb" simply means the shutter has no "T" or time setting. To hold this type open for focusing or long exposures you need a locking cable release. It has nothing to do with shutter size. _________________ Glenn

These are probably self cocking, which means the highest shutter speed will be fairly low: 1/100 to 1/150 rather than a typical 1/400 _________________ "In order to invent, you need a good imagination and a lot of junk" Thomas Edison |
