Hi all,
So I finally treated myself to a Super Graphic in lovely shape with a 135mm Optar -- the electronic shutter even works and the rangefinder is nicely calibrated. It actually fits in my Domke f-803 -- "stealth" LF!
So I came upon a great price for an Kodak Ektar 203 f7.7 in a CLA'd shutter and jumped, I had been considering a 90mm, but frankly my wide angle "eye" is still a work in progress , so I went long.
I know that the chances of finding a cam for my new Ektar are slim, so it looks like it will be back to the groundglass for this lens (unless anyone has any other approaches). I'm a relative newbie with Graphics, so I'd appreciate any input on setting this up.
I know that finding a Super Graphic lensboard might be tough, is it true that the lensboard from a Pacemaker Speed might work (with minor modifications)? I assume I have to track down a second set of infinity stops, correct?
I'd appreciate any input from folks who have used one of these on their Graphics -- I'm really looking forward to trying it out.
Thanks in advance,
JT |
