|
|
Hi:
I referred a friend to the Graflex manual scan area of the South Bristol Views site and he gets a 'Tsk Tsk, don try and hijack other peoples Resources.' response to any attempt to access a manual. Me too.
I don't think that is normal, unless Rich is no longer offering them because someone thought they were smart to download them and resell them. I did email him to inquire.
Meanwhile, can someone clarify which manual would have info on servicing the body trigger/release for the FP shutter on a 4x5 Speed? (Also, if the SBV resource has been removed, can someone who has already downloaded it previously forward a manual via email?
Thank you

I just tried several of the manuals and they opened or downloaded ok.
I'm on WinXPSP2, adobe reader 8. At south bristol click on the graflex manuals link then Right click the manual title that you want and select "save target as". The service manual that you want for the body release servicing is the Pacemaker Service Manual 6.5mb which is the 5th from the top of the list. _________________ The best camera ever made is the one that YOU enjoy using and produces the image quality that satifies YOU. |

Thanks.
I ended up last night using 'Inspect Element' in Firefox (it may be feature of a plug-in I installed), and read the file name/location and extracted the URL from the script Rich has set up to process requests from within his framed site.
Thank you for the answer. _________________ Murray |

It's a problem with some odd security setitng in winXP that I could never find. I have no problems here on 3 XP machines and have never been able to duplicate it. Sorry... _________________ ----------------------------------------
