I have two questions regarding a Super Graphic I just bought.
1. How do you open the front?
2. How do you rotate the back.
Also, the viewing glass was broken in shipment, are these hard to find and is replacing it pretty straight forward? or is there a trick to it?
Thanks,

New glass from: http://www.satinsnow.com/index.html . It's the best! I have some in my Century. Can't beat Dave's prices, either.
As for your other questions, don't know, not familiar with the Super. |

One note first. If you're going to replace the GG, you will have to shim it a bit as the original had a feznel between the GG and frame. If you still have the freznel, then you won't have to worry.
Now to open it. If you look at the front cover, there's two ribbed knobs just under the "Graphic" plate. Rotate those towards the top of the camera. They should move about a quarter turn. The front cover should swing open now.
To rotate the back. Look at the back near the top-left corner. If your sports finder is layed down to the left, between it and the corner is a sliding button. Push that down and the back should rotate. There's supposed to be a smallplastic knob on this but many of them have been lost so it may look like a metal tab sticking out of the corner.
Now, since you didn't know how to open it, let me offer advice on closing it. When ready to close it up, move the focusing rails all the way back and slide and lock the front standard all the way into the camera body. Then move the focusing rails forward again. This time align the most forward part with the two black screwed down bars on either side. Then push the locks, fold the cover up and rotate the focusing knobs that quarter turn down.
Make sure you lock the front standard iin the body before closing the cover. If you leave the locking bar facing straight out it may break off when you close the cover....
Good luck with it...

Return all front standard movements to the neutral position before starting the closing procedure. Failure to do so can result in jamed rails and a camera that will not open!
