I purchase this online and have not recieved it yet. It was listed as a 4x5, but the more I look at this picture, the more I am thinking it is a smaller model.
This is the earliest model I have owned so I am not familiar with all of the features that would confirm the size.
Anyone?

That's what I suspected. I am far more familiar with the later (1940's era) models and the body features on this one had me suspecting that it might not be a 4x5.
Thanks for the info. |

Made in 1939, used a Mendelson Speed Gun for a flash.
The "tell" of a 3x4 is there is an arc cut out of the top slider. And most if not all 3x4 (Pre-Ann and Anny era)cameras have a bottom slider, while the 4x5 only had the top slider. _________________ "In order to invent, you need a good imagination and a lot of junk" Thomas Edison |
