A copy of this magazine has been on the break room table for a week or so and I had not picked it up. On the front cover is an aerial shot of a hurricane.
Today when I went on break an assoicate handed it to me opened to a page with a picture of a photographer using a Speed Graphic. The credit paragraph started out, photographer David Burnett and I handed it back to him saying oh yea I'm familiar with his work.
Later while on lunch I looked thru the issue and the pictures of New Orleans aftermat said a lot. They took me back to when I was ten years old and a flood took out the business distric of my home town, just a much larger scale there in New Orleans.
The shots used in the magizine plus many others are on his web site under Aftermath in his portfolio. His web site currently opens with one of the National Geographic Shots.

That issue of NG also had a picture of Dave on one of the back pages, with his Speed. |

I wonder how much of his work is executed with his Graphic. I think that for the 2004 political campaign work he was using a Aero Ektar wide open because he couldn't use flash. |

Why don't you ask him ? FYI he is a member of this board, even if he doesn't post regularly. |
