Has anyone had trouble fitting a stock "C" (4x4) lensboard to a Kodak Master View 4x5?
There seems to be a discrepancy between the "C" board and the metal lensboards used on a Master View. |

I have 7 standard C boards, none have been modified. However, they are anything but identical. Only one will fit my Kodak Master View, without having to resort to physical violence and verbal abuse. The metal lensboard
from my Graphic View will not fit the Kodak, either. However, the Kodak metal lensboard fits the View and my Anniversary Speed.
I hope that this helps anyone else who wants to have interchangeable lenses on their 4x5 cameras.

It seems one of my C boards fits my Master View but I get reports from others also that it's a no go. I just cut a 4 inch square piece of 1/8 inch aluminum for boards for mine. I haven't had any trouble with a lack of light trap ridge.
