Purchased a Speed on ebay. Haven't received it yet but somewhat concerned the bellows may have been shortened. It just looks strange. If it has, how difficult would it be to replace and would a Crown bellows work as a replacement? Thanks.

Look like the normal length to me, why do you think they have been shortened?

If you were expecting a 4x5 Speed, then this bellows would look strange...but it is a 2x3 Pace, and quite normal!
