Looking to buy a (working) flash assembly for a Speed Graphic. Can some one point me in a direction?

ebay, Midwest photo (www.mpex.com), Pacific Rim, Lens and Repro, etc.

There is a link of retailers on the home page that will help to.

There is a fairly strict no-sales policy on the help board, and with the starwars fans being what they are, you'll find less hostility and better prices on ebay.

Now if your looking for advice as to which flash unit is correct for your camera, by all means ask away.
