I have a symmar 150mm lens And I was wondering if it's possible to get a cam that I could use with the rangefinder? If I do locate one what do I have to adjust and how to make it work.
Thanks in advance for replies.

You could try calling Jim at Midwest. He may have one or can get one. Fred Lustig may also have one?

In case you don't have a liting, the cams would be:

#38 - 148.9mm
#8 - 150.3mm
#9 - 152mm
#10 - 153mm

Without re-carving the cam edge, all you would have to adjust would be the infinity stops on the rails.

To tell which cam may fit the best, focus the camera at infinity (something 1/2 mile away or so) on the GG with a good loupe. Then measure from the diaphragm/lens board to the film plane/GG in millimeters. Should be close enough...
