I have never seen one of these before either
..but it appears to be a short rail and yoke that would replace the standard rails for use with the (as it is identified as such)wide angle lenses! Dont see any pre-drilled holes however, it may fit inside the body and replace the inner rails..could not close the lens cover door...and cannot see how the lensbd could be racked forward?? Very interesting >factory< product solution for the wide angle lenses!
Undoubtedly there are instructions included for installation?

Thanks Bert. Surprising me isn't anything special. Surprising you is an accomplishment. It is amazing that after all these years these kind of new items still keep showing up. Graflex was indeed an innovative company during their heyday.
