thanks everybody for all yoour help. My camera is clean, i recieved my 545 polariod back, and i purchased some expired Polariod 56 Sepia from a photography store for $29, and it seems to work great. i had some initial problems with the film, but i think that was due to my inexperience using polaroids. but main thing is that there are no light leaks in the bellows, and the shutter and everything works great, and the images are sharp. i am still need to try the Kalart pretty soon to make sure that it is up to snuff. Also i was wondering if anybody know where i could pick up a piece of the metal body moulding. i am missing the piece on the upper right hand side, if you were looking at the front of the camera. im not sure if somebody has a junk body that i can get this from.

thanks

Congrats on the Crown and Polaroids. You're lucky to find cheap Pola film. It's not easy... Enjoy it!

I'd have to say "Good Luck" on finding that piece of molding. But there are occasions where poeple tear apart junk cameras for parts and I doubt the moldings are in great demand. I would suggest you post a wanted ad on:

Maybe someone will have what you want...

If you are talking about the brush trim that goes on the outside edge of the the camera around the fold up bed, I have the complete set of them from a crown that I stripped and converted to an all wood look.

If you interested let me know and we can work something out on them.
