Being in the proccess of resurecting an old speed graphic, I set about to adjust the side mounted kalart rangefinder, a task I hope to not have to repeat.
Anyway, following the instruction on this sight I was able to get the rangefinder to focus and track properly at infinity, 13 ft and 3 ft ( 127mm rodenstock yserex). But the close scale reads a little over one foot. Is this a concern? It seems to focus properly regardless, so I am not too worried, but should I be?
Also, any tricks to getting the cover back on so that the coincedent screw in the cover hits the gizmo it is suppossed to, so it will do something? |

The focus scale on the bed was made to match a specific lens. There is little chance one can be found that will exactly match you Ysarex, as that was not an original lens supplied for your camera.

"Close focus scale"
If you mean the scale on the Kalart RF, those aren't feet, just graduations. |

Yes, the close scale on the rangefinder is what I meant. So I will not worry. |
