Assuming you are refering to Speed or Crown Graphic cameras, it's a simple matter of removing the screws that hold the back to the camera and swapping the backs. That's about all there is to it.

And unless you really need to use one of the old roll film backs or a Graflarger, there's very little need for a Graflok at all. The Graphic or spring back will do just fine!
