Bought a 135mm Raptar a while back and it came on this lensboard.
3.25"x3.25" and a metal thing attached to it. I had to pull the lens and make my own 4"x4" lensboard, and I don't need this one anymore so I figure I might as well throw it up on eBay to find it a good home, but I dislike listing something without supplying as much info as I can, so I'm left with two questions.
1) The metal thing? My best guess is that it has something to do with moutning a Solenoid?
2) What cameras take 3.25"x3.25" lensboards? Having actual model names would be good for searching. |

The board is probably off of a 3X4 Speed Graphic. They used that size. The metal thing is probably a mount for an unknown brand of magnetic shutter tripper. It doesn't look like anything I have seen from Graflex or Heiland. There were many others.

It's a very common bracket for the solenoid from a Mendelson Speed Gun, and yes I suspect the lens is for a 3x4 Anniversary Speed Graphic.
