I am in need of a focus cam for a 127mm lens on a crown graphic. I will buy one, or, I will pay someone with the right cam to scan it, and send me the profile scan so that one can be fabricated.

Any other advice would be appreciated.

You might look for "Pacemaker" cams on large-format dealer websites; they are not numerous, but they do turn up. They are inclined to be costly. I highly recommend the article on this site about making your own cam.

I doubt that a scan would provide the resolution for more than a first approximation of the slope angle.
