Any clue as to what coverage?
The lens is off a 9x12 plate camera.
Will it cover 4x5?

"Doppel-anastigmat" was Goerz's early description of the lens later named "Dagor" -- that name supposedly being formed from "DOppel Anastigmat GÖRz." It thus covers a wider field than a Tessar-formula lens of the same focal length. A 135mm. "Doppel-Anastigmat" should cover 4X5 with room to spare.
