About 20 years ago I bought a copy of Bill's wonderful collection of photos of jazz artists taken in the late 30's through late 40's entitled "The Golden Age of Jazz".
I got to wondering if Bill was still alive (evidently he is!) and did a Google search to find out. In the process, I came across a nice page that talks about Bill's use of the Speed Graphic and his technique.
