My 127 Ektar in a ww2 vintage supermatic no.2 showed up the other day. I rustled through my junk box and got out my modest collection of series VI adapters and pacemaker lens boards to see if I could get this guy aboard my new Crown. Of my two specimen Pacemaker lensboard collection, one had a hole too big, the other too small. Out of my 2 Series VI adapters once again one was too big(1-9/16, 39.5mm) and the other too small(1-5/16, 33mm) so my question is a two parter. 1) What size hole in the lensboard do I need and 2) what size series VI adapter ring will I need? I want to get out there and take some pictures! Thanks for any help/advise! |

Well, Springback, get out the old handy-dandy metric ruler and measure the outside diameter of the rear lens elements for the size opening for the lens board...and the O.D. of the front elements for the correct slip-on adapter for the Series VI filters. Regards, Fred.

Thanks guys! This forum is great! I'll scope out the usual places and see if I can find what I need and then go out and play with my new toy! |
