Well, now I have to take that back also. The little 6.8 angulon 65, according to my notes, did allow the use of some rise (side shift in the verticle) and the fwd tilt allowed by the looseness of the front standard. I wasthink I used the f8 lens for the image but all wide angle on the roll were made with the 6.8 and really look nice, everything in good sharp focus.

My current set-up is a Crown Graphic with a 135mm lens, a shutter w/o glass, (this gives me moderate wide to tele pinhole), and last and to the point, an RH10 roll back. I took it to Bryce & zion on the trails-7LB camera, 4.5LB tripod, plus food & water, all neatly packed in a TAMRAC Adventure 7 backpack (except tripod) which worked out just fine. Three rolls of film gives you Thirty shots, with minimal bulk and no weight to speak of. Got some pretty good shots of the Bryce HooDoos.

p.s. I'm back East as I write this-when I get back I'll verify the pack model #. |
