Neat job, Rob. Not ugly at all. One wonders how previous owner could screw up (pun intended!) when it even shows which direction to "loosen" right there on the side?! Glad you got this thing working---use it in good health! |

Hello,
Bumping this thread because it sounds like some of you have had the same problem with your (side-mounted, on a Burke & James 4x5 Press) Kalart rangefinder that I've just found with mine, ie, the prism is crimped in place to a sort of leaf-spring mount, and that leaf-spring has broken in half.
My first though is I'll have to make that part.... but maybe somebody here already has? Or has an extra from a defunct RF?
