I will speculate that lens that remained in production without changes in focal length in the earliest scaled cameras use the same scale number that the newer cameras with the latest version of the lens use, ie. 127mm from date of introduction to end of production use same scale numbers.

Hi All.

I have a pre-anny speed with a focusing scale # 22621. Can anyone tell me what lens this scale is for? Thanks!

Hi Again.

I also have half a focusing scale that was I believe is from an anny model graphic, made out of white (well, kind of yellow now) plastic with the only identifying numbers being 166 marked below the rear screw slot on the top of the scale (unlike the metal scale on my 'pre' model which had the number underneath it).

Just by eyeballing it, it looks like it might be for a lens close to the scale on my pre-anny IF it uses the more common method of using one mark on the opposing scale for most distances, and a seperate one only for inf, or one or so more, unlike the scale mounted on my camera, which has matching distance marks for each listed distance on both scales. Thanks again!
