The "New Topic" button is hard to find and
should be below the bboard list or maybe both above and below. Add an admonition to stay on topic.

I agree, I looked for awhile before it dawned on me where to look. Overall, though, great info on a great site. Thanks.

There is now a [New Topic] link near the other links ([Logout], [FAQ], etc.)
