I need to learn today because I will send the drawings for laser cut aluminum camera 6X17. Due to no clear knowledge , I made the camera between 120-140 mm flange distance adjustable. I need to learn is optar 135mm exceeds 76mm outermost diameter or less ?

I assume you want the size of the hole that the shutter will fit through. Not sure why you would want this, but the dimension you give suggests that this is what you are after. I have a 135 Optar in a Graflex shutter in front of me - most of it would fit through a 76 mm hole, but the pins for the flash connection stick out about 5 mm further. I would advise you to get your lens before you cut metal, as there are often variants in design and dimensions.

I have changed the dimensions from 76mm to 86mm , no headache anymore. Thank you William.
