Recently purchased a Super Graphic camera. It is in splendid condition. There is only one problem. The black bellows wrap has separated in two areas (in the middle and towards the back) on the underside where the two edges join. There is no leak in the bellows, but I think it would be best rejoin the wrap so the bellows can compress nicely when the camera is closed. What is the best way to do this repair?

Contact cement will be the best to rejoin the seam. I use Pliobond 25 LV as the excess can be rubbed off.

Brush into the open gap then press together and hold until set, about 3 to 5 minutes. Allow the glue to cure fully before closing the bellows,
Other brands of contact cement may require a solvent to remove the excess.
Use what is available in your area.

Thanks for specifying which Pliobond to use. A friend here in Ottawa recalled Pliobond being a good option for such jobs, but he could not recall exactly which of the Pliobond types would be best. Thanks for your precise advice!
