Hi,

What is the best alternative for carrying and protecting those extra lens/lensboard combos in a camera bag. I just got a second lens(finally) for my Crown.

I have to say I find that amazing, that is exactly the way I carry my extra lenses as well, they work great, I found out how great last week when I was in Yellowstone, doing some macro work besides a stream and tipped my bag over, two lenses in the food containers ended up in the creek and low and behold they floated, make retrieval real easy..

They work great and you can pick them up at the local dollar store 5 for a buck..

I might not be the one to ask if it is good, as I own the company and invented the process that we use to produce it, there have been a couple of guys on this site that has purchased, one is still waiting on his and the other has got his and installed it and is very happy with it and has stated so in one of the threads here.

We have sold over 400 pieces now and everybody except one person has been thrilled and many have returned to get back ups or replace the current glass they have in their cameras, feel free to take a look at our website, I do have real comments posted from customers, and some other information posted there.

thanks for the reply on the glass, Dave. Satin snow just made it to my favorites list. I have a Gundlach that can use one of those, and maybe if I figure out that it's not as hard as it seems to change, I'll get one for my Crown too.
I picked up some of those leather tie bag, like deadheads carry crystals in, it should work fine for that other lens....

I can gladly attest to the quality of Dave's ground glass. 8X focus loupe and no "grit" in sight. A pleasure to use.

I've got an old plastic Thermos lunch box which holds about 5 lenses on 4x4 boards, lens cleaner and other items I might need. It doesn't fit in any camera bag I have but whether I choose to take the Speed, the Graphic View or the Auto Graflex (when I finally get it) one case can hold most of my smaller lenses. The Tele Xenar and Super Angulon have their own places.
