hey all
has anybody ever tryed using a paasche air Eraser
they are mostly use for decorative etching of glass
but they are like a super small sandblaster

I am thanking about clean up rusty parts

I haven't tried one, but it looks like a mini sand blaster, without a cabinet.
I have used one of those, and the problem, even with a sealed up cabinet is that they get very fine talcum powder-like dust everywhere. You might not want to use it in your darkroom, or anywhere close.

will yes to the dust any thing like will make a mess
do it out in the shop
BUT as I live in the dust Capital that is western Kansas
you can neve get read of dust here!! danit LOLOLOLOl

I live in the Denver area, and that's what we do with our dust ... just let it blow on out I70 into Kansas.

Have you ever been to the twice-yearly camera shows in Denver? There usually are a fair number of Graflex cameras and pieces on the various vendor tables. There used to be a gentleman and his wife that had a big Graflex display, but he wasn't at the one last May.

The next one Sunday, Oct. 21, 9am - 3pm, usually held at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds, near Golden, CO, west of Denver.
Don't say you haven't been warned.
