Ok got the new glass, but how does the old one come out?
Looking at it through a magnifying lamp light, but don't know where to begin.
Looks like it's in held within a steel bracket.
How do you release the old mirror from it?
Is it glued or clipped in?

Ok answered my own question, it's glued and sorta clipped.
Got the old glass out, but what kind of glue do you use?

I use latex contact cement but it is hard to find in small quantities.
Regular contact cement will be very good if you are careful, Gorilla glue should work as will any good germinate glue.

Careful with the Gorilla glue. It holds alright, but it expands like mad: use sparingly!
I picked up a small tube of contact cement at a local bargain store; cost about a buck. Whenever I've bought a bottle of the stuff, it always goes bad before I've used hardly any. I've stopped throwing $$ at those big bottles!
