Hey,
Just picked upa Ta-Mar Adapt-A-Roll, neat piece of gear. Unfortunatly, it is made for 620 film. Anybody have a good way to respool 120 film onto 620 spools? I've done it in a changing bag, but there's got to be a better way.
Thanks,
Don

Double ckeck the roller on the end. Make sure it rolls very freely since its the friction between this roller and the paper backing that advances the counter. If it's stiff, the film slips past and the counter doesn't move. Not a real good situation.

no need to do that, the adapt-a-roll will feed from a 120 spool. it has to take up on a 620 spool, though, so if you want to conserve your 620 spools you'll have to respool exposed film back to a 120 spool before sending it for processing. if you develop your own, no problem at all.

Thanks, Dan, didn't know that. Les, everything seems to work fine.
