Okay, just received my 12 sheet cut film magazine--a bag-mag--and have to replace the outter leather cover. No problem, I saw the post on that somewhere else on the board; can find it no problem. My question is: any instructions for it on this site. Didn't see any, but I've missed obvious things before. Have also found instructions on line, but without illustrations (yes, I need someone to draw me a picture). Suggestions on where to look? Or just order some from one of the manual companies out there?

Oh yeah, a follow-up: any idea what years the bag mags were used, and/or the Grafmatic 6 sheet holders?

My 1950 Graphic Graflex Photography book introduces the Grafmatic.
The bag mag was described in the '54 GGP as been "popular for years"
by '58 it was "no longer made"
William Folmer took the patent out on it in '04 I believe. |
