In my roll holders I have used dark slides from 2x3 sheet film holders, with complete success. They are marginally smaller on the narrow (2) side than an original roll holder dark slide, but this has not been a problem in my experience. Fortunately, when I bought my Century, the store threw in five film holders, which I never use, so I have an abundant supply of dark slides.

An original roll holder dark slide, cat. no. 1432 (such as comes with the RH10) measures 4-3/4" long (not including metal end strip) by 2-5/8" wide. A 2x3 cut film holder dark slide measures 4-3/4" L by 2-1/2" W. These dimensions are for 2x3 format; don't know about 4x5.

The dimensions for a darkslide for the 4X5 Graphic 23 holder are
2 19/32 inches wide and 5 1/2 inches long, to the inside edge of the pull tab. It is the same thickness as a slide from a 4X5 sheet film holder and could be cut from one of those, if need be. The slide also has a protruding plastic grip, unlike the 2X3 variety. The 2X3 slide won't work on the 4X5 holder.

Neethe 'Thickness' for the Dark Slide in the GRAFLES RollFIlm Holder for 6x9 in 120 size?
If possible, if anyone has a spare one or direct me to where I can buy one...
Anyway still need the actual thickness of the Dark Slide.

Mine measures 0.6mm thick. I've been known to break my dark slides, so I always keep at least two complete backs for each film size (6x6 and 6x9).

Watch for film pack adapters. The adapter is useless, but they usually contain a darkslide that can be priceless in a pinch!
