Hi all,
I'm thinking about setting up a Century Graphic specifically for a 65mm lens. Does anyone know if the Kalart rangefinder can be sync'ed to a 65mm lens?
Thanks,

I had a devil of a time getting a Kalart to match an 80. At best I would think you could get one range to work, either the close or the far, but not both.

Another choice is to find a 65mm distance scale [#30882-27] and mount it. Then you could focus with the rangefinder set for your standard lens and transfer the distance reading to the 65mm scale. |

| Hmm. I have no idea. If anyone would know, its Fred Lustig. Give him a call. |

Don't think the Kalart is gonna work with a 65. According to the booklet "How to Adjust and use the Kalart Synchronized Prism Rangefinder", the adjustments start at 101 mm and go out to 162 mm (6-3/8"). Les, you did well to squeeze an 80 out of it. |

80mm is doable. I had a Planar on my Century. But Graflex did the installation for me. I've heard of others with that too.
I would agree, 65mm is probably going to be off the chart. |
