I need guidance on the range of lenses this camera will accept from wide angle to telephoto.eg-can I use a 65mm Angulon as the bed does not drop down? Can I use the Schneider360mm f5.5 without giving the camera a hernia?Thank for the help.

Graphic Graflex Photography 11th edition states that the wide angle lens is 3 1/4" or 82mm but in another table it states the minimum flange focus is 2 7/16" for the Speed, more than enought for a 65mm, the longest lens they show is the 254mm 10' teleoptar.

I thought the bed drop feature was on all the Pacemaker models, including the 23. Is there something wrong with your body to prevent that?

At the wide end, the shortest a 2x3 Crown/Century has been reported to accept is the 35/Iforgetwhat Apo Grandagon. Its image circle is 125 mm. This by a person who posts here as notmpp. Next widest is the 38/4.5 Biogon, I have one. Its image circle is 80 mm (Zeiss) or perhaps 84 mm (my measurement).

The shortest lenses in common use on 2x3 Crown/Century are the 65/6.8 Raptar/Optar and the 65/6.8 Angulon. I have a Raptar, it absolutely positively will not make infinity on a 2x3 Pacemaker Speed.

The shortest a 2x3 Pacemaker Speed has been reported to accept is the 80/6.3 WF Ektar. FWIW, I have a strange 65/8 that is wasp-waisted like a Super Angulon; it makes infinity on my 2x3 Pacemaker Speed, but the camera won't close with the lens in place.

The longest lens in common use on 2x3 Pacemakers is the 10"/5.6 (also called 250/5.6) Tele-Raptar/Tele-Optar.

The 2x3 Pacemaker Speed's maximum flange-to-film distance is around 225 mm. The 360/5.5 Schneider is almost certainly too long to be usable on a 2x3 Pacemaker Speed.

I've done some fiddling with front-mounting and extension tubes. If you do it just right, a front-mounted (on Copal 1) and on a short extension tube ~ 300 mm process lens just might be usable.

If you really want to shoot longer lenses on roll film, you'd probably be better off with a larger camera, possibly not a Graphic.

Cheers,

Dan
