I have just purchased a 90 mm. Angulon and it seems that the focus point for infinity has the whole camera front neither fish nor fowl - it sits between the inner and outer rails. If I tilt the bed this is a problem as there is no really solid place to put the front and if I don't flatten the bed, the rails seem to just peak into the photo with the rails as far back as they will go - how do other people solve this problem?
Thanks

I've used a 90 Angulon for years on my Pacemaker Crown. Since I ground glass focus I don't need infinity stops. Here's what i do...

Open the camera and lower the bed. Pull the standard out until it hits the front rails. Now open the lens and look at the GG. On my Crown this is very close to infinity,, all I have to do is adjust slightly and it's there. On a Speed it should be a little farther in since the body is thicker.

Thankyou, I had noted that in playing with the camera the dropped rail would stop the bed in a convenient position. I seem to have a little too much play in the rear rails and i think I can adjust that. Tightening on the right was easy but the left is obscured by rangefinder stuff. Will see what I can do to make it more rigid.
