I'm looking for a wide truss head screw for my Anniversary Graphic
it's the screw that fastens the FPS lever, any sources ?
Anyone have a spare ?
it's a 2-56 thread about .375 long.

It's a screw that has a wider head than normal.

This is an example -

JimC,
You'll probably have to use a standard screw and a flat washer.

Aha! If you can't find one, would a washer under the (flat) head work as well? If brass materials, you could solder. My $.02-worth.

That's what's there now, I wouldn't use a flat head tho, more a binding head
or a button head with a washer.

But it's fugly

I'll find a source, I thought I'd put it out to see if anyone had source already
or had a spare in a parts box.

I checked the screw on my camera. It will turn1/8 turn clockwise and get tight or 1/8 turn counterclockwise and get tight. I do not want to force it nor do I want to take the wind plate off.

The head measures .312 inch diameter at the head base away from the slot and is .065 thick. The slot is .312 long x .035 wide x .0325 deep. The head is a flat fillister design.

If you know the specs of the screw you could always get a machinist to cut it for you. All you'd need is the bar stock, a thread cutter at the apropriate size and a lathe.
