Hello!
I have some lenses that cover 6x9 frame, here they are:
4,5/75 Toko-Anastigmat in Compur-style shutter (taken from Weltax, it sems to be a triplet-design lens, covers all the frame, but the field it gives is too small for movements)
3,5/105 Industar-24 in Compur-style shutter (this one is from Moskva-5)
4,5/135 Culminar without shutter (this lens is for Exakta, but iI don't use it because I have 2,8/80 Tessar).
3,5/150 Xenar in Compound shutter (from unknown 9x12 camera)

All of them are fast enought and they are equal to 30, 42, 54 and 60 mm lenses on 24x36mm frame. I'm looking for a "Miniature" Speed Graphic for this lenses. But I need lensboards for each of them. There are two main problems:
-Lensboards and shipping to Russia are too expensive for me;
-I think Xenar with #1 shutter will not fit standart lens board.

So, I think, I had better make lensboards with my own hands .

The material that I want to use is PVC, so, how thick it must be? Maybe, there is a better freecutting material for the lensboards?

Also I would know if the 6x9 Speed Graphic rangefinder is designed for 105 mm lens? So can I put my Industar-24 to the camera and use rangefinder for focusing?

The Miniature Speed Graphic, not to be confused with the 2x3 Pacemaker Speed Graphic, uses wooden boards. If you get a Mini (not a 2x3 Pacemaker) you should be able to make some fairly easily. Sorry, I don't know the dimensions.

If you get a 2x3 Pacemaker Speed, thin wood should work. I've made temporary boards for mine from heavy paper (~ 3 mm thick).

As for the lenses, the 75/4.5 Toko triplet isn't a wide angle lens, may illuminate 2x3 but won't fill the frame with good image. If it does what you want, fine, wonderful. The closest wide angle for 2x3 is probably the 80/6.3 Wide Field Ektar. Meyer made a similar Aristostigmat.

The I-24 ex-Moskva-5 should work as well on a Speed as it did on a Moskva.

I have doubts about the 135 Culminar in Exakta mount. Coverage may be an issue.

The 150/3.5 Xenar should be ok. I haven't had a Mini Speed for decades, do have a 2x3 Pacemaker and a Century. I use lenses in #1 shutters (Copal, Compur, and Prontor Press) on both. The Pacemaker's front shutter release got in the way, I eventually removed the cable etc. completely.

I think your comparisons to 35 mm lenses are a little off. I use a factor of 0.43 to calculate the equivalent focal length on 24x36 for a lens to be used on 2.25" x 3.25".

I have made lens boards for Pacemaker Speed Graphic, 4x5; Super Speed Graphic, 4x5; from black acrylic and ABS plastic 3/16 inch (4.76mm) and 1/4 inch thick (6mm); and a few 8x10 camera boards from 1/4 inch (6mm) baltic birch plywood painted flat black on the bellows side.

The camera lens board opening depth and lens board lock system determined the thickness I used for that camera.

Kalart Side Rangefinder-yes.
Hugo Meyer-only if it were made for a 105mm focal length.

I don't know how fine will it work, but it was designed for 6x6 frame, so, I think it will work quite well in the center.

I've seen that lens on 4x5 camera. Maybe there was a special variant for large format cameras?

The lens can be easily removed from the helical, so I can screw it into the lens board and try it with my Speed Graphic.

And can I adjust a Kalart rangefinder to work with 150 mm lens?

I do not know what you are capable of.

If you are asking will a Kalart adjust to a 150mm lens?, probably.
Perhaps Graflex.org-Technical Information-Adjusting your Kalart Rangefinder will answer that question.

Yes.
Thank you for your advisces.

So, I have bought a "Miniature" Speed Graphic with 4,5/105 Kodak anastigmat. I think it's a triplet-design lens.

Seller says

<...> rangefinder's actuation lever doesn't engage the carriage. It needs a little metal tang or link to engage, something pretty easy to make.

Is that a common problem and how easily can I fix it?

I have also bought a film back but it appears to not to fit my camera.

I think I can make four details, like this on the picture and glue them to help graflok to fix the back on it's place.

If your camera has a Graflok back your roll holder will attach directly to it.

If your camera has a Graphic (also called spring) back, your roll holder will not attach. There are spring kits that replace the Graphic back and allow a roll holder made to fit a 2x3 Graflok to be attached permanently. If you search for "spring kit" here you'll find advice on how to make the pieces yourself.

Understand that replacing the ground glass will force you to focus with the Kalart.

Can you post a picture of your camera's back?
The ebay item number you attempted to link above is for a standard knob wind Graphic 22 roll film holder for 2x3 graphic cameras.

I believe "Miniature" Speed Graphic has a Graflok back, so I have ordered two more film holders for it, one of them is a "23" graphic. So, will it fit my Graflex?

Well, I think I had better wait until I will recieve my items.

Here's a photo of the back:

No, that's the Roll Film Holder. If it fits on your camera then the other one will also.

The camera back is the back side of the camera where the ground glass is or the film holder mounts/slides in.

The Miniature Speed Graphic has the spring back so the RH series roll film holders wont work with out making some changes to the back of the camera. You want an Adapt-a-Roll roll film adapter for the 2.25x3.25 sized camera.

Hmm... That's bad. I don't want to drill the camera.
I think I will need to make two discs with apertures like theese on the picture and put them instead of spring back.

Spring Back, also known as Graphic Back, was standard equipment.

Graflex Back was optional and a few cameras will have this back.

Graflok Back was a retrofit and some cameras will have this option.

From your washer diagram I'd say you have a spring back and are on the right track to make it work with RFHs.

The serial number is on the bottom side of the camera top.
