Have you tried Freestyle?- I got some there- but a couple years ago- after Porter's dropped it

Duvetyne is similar to velvet. too thick for shutter cloth.

I bought some blackout cloth from Freestyle. I don't think it was that Duvewhatzit. The stuff I got looks perfect for curtain cloth except for one minor problem. It's not totally light tight. Numerous pinhole size leaks when held up to a bright light and carefully observed. Tight enough for any blackout use, for sure, but curtain cloth? I don't think so. A few years ago I was looking at fabric for a cheap focus cloth. I found some very tightly woven cotton/poly blend (I think) that is light tight. I don't know what it was called, though.
