Has anyone had any luck restoring old, dried out leather bellows? There are quite a few leather restoration products available. I'd like to know what you've used, and how it performed. Chris

Lexol is a good product but if the leather is just plain shot, it can make it fall apart, too. Sadde soap is also good. Apply either with a Q-tip and let sit a few minutes, then swab off any excess. I have had very good luck with Lexol if the leather isn't just a bunch of loose fibers. Not too much you can do if it falls apart, just bite the bullet and replace it.
